Inniskillin Icewine, recognized as one of the world's great wines, is truly winter's gift to wine lovers. Harvested at the pinnacle of Canada's crisp winter, the grapes are naturally frozen on the vine and picked when the temperature drops to -10°C. Only a few drops of luscious nectar can be squeezed from each bunch, which is then expertly guided through fermentation to achieve this rich and alluring specialty wine known as Icewine.

This rich and concentrated Icewine boasts flavours of ripe peach and juicy tangerine with a touch of warm baking spice. The lively acidity adds the perfect balance to this delicious nectar, its smooth texture and solid structure lead to an extended fruit filled finish.
