Don Julio is a tequila made entirely from hand-picked blue agave. After distillation, only the middle cut is retained, as it is free from any impurities. The tequila is then bottled just after distillation without being aged. The citrus fruit and vanilla aromas here are very pleasing. In short, a wonderful base with which to make the ultimate margarita!
