How to apply Bi-Facil:
Shake your bottle of Bi-Facil to activate the bi-phase formula. Dampen a cotton pad until the pad turns blue, rest them on your eyes for a few seconds, then gently sweep down to fully remove your eye makeup.

Due to customs regulations, orders not collected prior to departing Canada cannot be collected upon your return.
